The Charlotte

For this condo building, Enviroair provided the Patterson-Kelley boilers and water heaters, Taco pumps and chimneys, and Centrotherm venting for the boilers and make-up air unit.

With 14 storeys and 197 units, the Charlotte is scheduled for completion in early 2023.

Saint Mary's University

When it came time to replace the steam plants in two of its buildings, the university wanted to switch to low-temperature hydronic heating and reduce its carbon footprint.

Enviroair supplied Fulton Endura+ condensing boilers and Enervex fans and dampers.

To update the school’s heating and cooling system, Enviroair provided an aerothermal system consisting of 20 Samsung heat pumps along with various pumps, plate heat exchangers, and expansion tanks.

The system was designed in collaboration with LGT and installed by Groupe Cevec.
